The Office Bearers Meeting (OBM) 2026 of the Federation of Asian Die & Mould Associations (FADMA) was held on June 29, 2026, in Shenzhen, China, as part of a three-day program hosted at Hongrita China. Office bearers and delegates from eight of FADMA's nine member associations attended the face-to-face meeting. Mr. Liu Xiaohu,  Resident Vice President of the China Die & Mould Industry Association (CDMIA), were present on behalf of CDMIA.

Chaired by FADMA Chairman Mr. Felix Choi, the meeting focused on the federation's long-term strategy and future development. The six Office Bearers unanimously agreed to proceed with the proposed amendments to the FADMA Constitutional By-Laws, following a thorough review. The meeting also confirmed that the FADMA AGM 2027 will be held on April 13-15, 2027, in Tokyo, Japan, coinciding with Intermold Tokyo and the celebration of FADMA's 35th anniversary, and adopted a new official business card design as part of the federation's visual identity system.

CDMIA took an active part in the deliberations. On the by-law amendments, CDMIA suggested introducing a "Partner" title rather than a corporate membership category, with admission subject to recommendation by the applicant's own national member association and without compromising the rights and interests of association members - suggestions that drew support from fellow members. CDMIA also shared its proposals on FADMA's mission, highlighting the federation's role in pooling resources and providing a platform for coordination, cooperation and sharing among member associations.

As a founding member of FADMA and the leader of its Standards Working Committee, CDMIA will continue to work closely with member associations across Asia to promote standards cooperation and the sound development of the die and mould industry in the region.
